超高纯石英砂

采用”微波超声波协同提纯+真空煅烧”技术,杂质含量可降至5ppm以下,纯度达6N级,打破国外技术垄断。该技术相比传统工艺,可缩短杂质反应时间60%,HF用量降低30%,显著提高生产效率和降低能耗。
By adopting the “microwave-ultrasonic co-purification + vacuum calcination” technology, the impurity content can be reduced to below 5 ppm, and the purity can reach the 6N level.
This technology breaks the foreign technological monopoly. Compared with the traditional process, it can shorten the impurity reaction time by 60%, reduce the HF usage by 30%, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
高端中草药提取
High-end herbal extract
超超临界流体萃取(SSFE)是在超临界流体萃取(SFE)技上发展出来的一种更新的披术,即在超高的压力和较低的温下中萃取中草药成分的新工艺,一般压力可达到80-100MPa,或高于100MPa,温度一般不超过50℃或低于30℃。
使用SSFE技术萃取中草药成分比SFE技术有明显的优势,可将极性较大,分子量较高的组分提取出来,同时具有更高的纯度和洁净度,成为中草药高端组分无损萃取的有效手段,为中草药的高端应用提供了可行性通道。
Supercritical fluid extraction (SSFE) is an updated technique developed based on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). It is a new process for extracting active ingredients from herbal medicines under extremely high pressure and low temperature conditions.
The general pressure can reach 80-100 MPa, or even higher than 100 MPa, and the temperature is generally no more than 50°C or lower than 30°C. Compared with SFE technology, the SSFE technique has obvious advantages in extracting the active ingredients from herbal medicines. It can extract the components with higher polarity and larger molecular weight, and has higher purity and cleanliness.
It becomes an effective means for non-destructive extraction of high-end components from herbal medicines, providing a feasible channel for the high-end application of herbal medicines.

采用CVD法结合微波等离子辅助技术,实现石墨烯的高效制备,提升产品性能。通过改进CVD设备,避免铜蒸气与石英管反应导致的污染问题,提高产品品质和生产效率。
By using the CVD method combined with microwave plasma-assisted technology, high-efficiency graphene can be produced, thereby enhancing product performance. By improving the CVD equipment, the pollution problem caused by the reaction between copper vapor and the quartz tube can be avoided, leading to improved product quality and production efficiency.
生物质垃圾合成石油
Biomass waste conversion into petroleum
本项目涉及的生物质垃圾合成石油,就是以生活垃圾、工业有机垃圾及油泥热解油为原料通过催化加氢精制及超分子合成等技术手段,制备出符合原油质量标准的合成石油产品。项目地在江苏连云港,与技术企业合资形式建立合资公司,本项目建成后可年处理生物质垃圾3000万吨,年实现碳中和5000吨,在有效利用废物的同时达到“双碳”目标。
This project involves the synthesis of petroleum from biomass waste, which uses domestic garbage, industrial organic waste, and oil sludge as raw materials. Through catalytic hydrogenation refining and supramolecular synthesis and other technical means, it produces synthetic petroleum products that meet the quality standards of crude oil. The project site is in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. A joint venture company will be established through a cooperative form with a technology enterprise. After the completion of this project, it can process 30 million tons of biomass waste annually and achieve a carbon neutral effect of 5,000 tons per year. It effectively utilizes waste while achieving the “dual carbon” goals.
