深圳市智合碳硅科技有限公司，成立于2019年5月，注册资金1000万（实缴）。公司以植物和矿物提取提纯的超临界流体技术的研发应用为发展主题，开发出超(亚)临界法提纯二氧化硅技术，超临界水冶炼技术，超超临界C02萃取技术以及超临界流体装置和超超临界流体萃取装置的开发。公司拥有高中级研发人员数十人，获多项研发成果，形成十多项国家发明专利及实用新型专利。
公司的研究成果主要有：（1）生活垃圾热解制备石油技术;（2）高导电准超导石墨烯的制备;（3）半导体二氧化硅超临界流体提纯技术;（4）超超临界流体萃取中草药高端组分技术；（5）超超临界C02萃取装置。
智合公司目前己在江苏沭阳、连云港、湖南湘阴等地建立了高纯二氧化硅提纯工厂，并在多地计划建立垃圾制石油和中草药高端组分提取工厂。
Shenzhen Zhihe Carbon Silicon Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2019 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan (fully paid up). The company focuses on the research and application of supercritical fluid technology extracted from plants and minerals. It has developed technologies such as super (sub)critical purification of silicon dioxide, supercritical water smelting technology, ultra-supercritical CO2 extraction technology, as well as the development of supercritical fluid devices and ultra-supercritical fluid extraction devices. The company has dozens of senior and intermediate R&D personnel and has achieved multiple research results, forming over ten national invention patents and utility model patents.
The company’s research achievements mainly include: (1) Technology for preparing petroleum from waste materials through pyrolysis; (2) Preparation of high-conductivity quasi-superconducting graphene; (3) Semiconductor silicon dioxide purification technology by supercritical fluid; (4) High-end component extraction technology from traditional Chinese medicine using ultra-supercritical fluid; (5) Ultra-supercritical CO2 extraction device.
At present, Zhihe Company has established high-purity silicon dioxide purification factories in Shuyang, Lianyungang, and Xiangyin in Hunan Province, and plans to establish factories for converting waste into petroleum and extracting high-end components from traditional Chinese medicine in multiple other locations.
